Grammar
A t is added to an adjective when it describes a neuter noun. This t is also added if the adjective functions as an adverb. If the adjective is very short, a double t is often added. This is the case with blå and grå. No t is added to adjectives that end in -ig. In plural, an e is added tot he adjective. You find some examples on page 86 in the textbook, and on opage 88 in Arbeidsbok.
denne-dette-disse: Denne and dette mean “this”. Denne refers to a masculine or feminine noun, while dette refes to a neuter noun. Disse is the plural form (meaning “these”). You find some examples on page 87.
den – det – de: These three words can all have different meanings, but in this case, the meaning is “that” (den/det) and “those” (de). As you can see on page 87, it refers to objects that are situated a little bit further away. Den refers to a noun that is masculine or feminine, while det refers to a neuter word. De (meaning “those”) is the plural form.
Verb: imperative
You create the imperative form by removing the e from the infinitive. Exception: If the infinitive only has one syllable, the imperative form is the same. See further page 87 in textbook and page 90-91 in Arbeidsbok.
